Our crew is ready for the next challenge and final test for the upcoming Barcolana regatta – one of the biggest regattas in the world. New to the team is Ivan Kljaković Gašpić joining the European sports team, which will leave the heart of Triest on Sunday, 09.30 AM CEST for the 14,5 nautical mile long course. Afteter docking out, approximately 200 yachts will head north-west to the first buoy off Grignano, then tack towards Santa Croce, return to the first buoy and cross the finish line in the Gulf of Sistiana. On the contrary to last year’s sunny weather, rain and moderate southwesterly winds are expected for this year’s start. Our team will do their best to defend their last year’s victory at the Bernetti Lombardini Cup, known for its tricky conditions, unpredictable winds and shallow waters. The Esimit Sailing Team is competing in the Open class, which will be awarded with the popular Bernetti Cup.  Good luck boys!
